because winuae is made of code and your amiga is made of stuff
trying to run this, says the file may be "damaged or incomplete" ... although i can re-name it back, and it works fine. Also, since the 0.9.8 beta, i have a problem of full-screen mode opening with the OSX window-bar being visible at the top. This did not occur in the 0.9.7 version iirc. (i notice this was also reported on EAB)
Curiously, I should have reported it during the beta phase, but I assumed it wouldnt be there in the release version, so i ignored it!
Hi there!I think it's a wonderful idea to have multi-platform netplay for classic Amiga games on emulators. I'm also very fond of the gamepad gui approach.I wonder if it is possible to compile this for PPC, as we still own and use a Power Mac G5 (2.7 GHz) running Mac OS X 10.5. (I also have an Intel-based notebook, but it would be way cool to be able to play versus my brother living in the same house.)
It would also rock to have Raspberry Pi support.I read somewhere that someone did an assembler-based Amiga emulation core for ARM processors. Originally developed for iPhone? but never released. So we might have a reasonable fast Amiga emulator on the raspberries soon. Then we would "just" need to implement compatible netplay code. Oh sorry, I just got carried away.
Anyway, great work Frode Solheim!
