We offer cooking and nutrition classes to help people take better care of their health. We look at the energetic qualities of foods and their effects on our body, moods and emotions, mind and spirit.

Our courses include learning about the energetics of food and integrate this understanding and knowledge into hands-on cooking in partnership with heart-centred emotional and spiritual workshops.

The public programme include: Fundamentals of Healthy Eating (2 day course), Looking After Your Health a 5 day indepth workshop with 2 hands-on cooking classes each day. Other one day classes are also offered throughout the year.

We also run a Three Year Professional Training in Macrobiotic & Life Counselling. First Year courses start in April and December.

Regular Introductory Shiatsu Workshops are held here at the school just outside Totnes, South Devon and also in Portsmouth, Cornwall and Glastonbury. We have been running our Shiatsu Diploma 3 year Training for the past 25 years. Foundation Courses start in April and September.
